According to the South Bend Tribune, Floyd pleaded guilty Wednesday in St. Joseph County Traffic and Misdemeanor Court to one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. According to court documents, Notre Dame police stopped a car that ran a stop sign at Notre Dame Avenue and Holy Cross Drive. The filing alleges that Floyd failed three field sobriety tests and agreed to take a certified breath test, registering a blood-alcohol content of 0.19 -- more than twice Indiana's legal limit of 0.08.
